Our friendly instructors deliver 4 different styles of yoga; Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Restorative and Yin.

Classes are marked as ‘open to all’ or ‘intermediate’. Open to all classes are suitable for everyone, even if it’s your first class. Intermediate classes are better suited to those who’ve practised yoga regularly for 12 months or more.
