Our friendly, skilled teachers deliver many different styles of yoga. Our indoor studio is beautifully decorated and well ventilated and in warmer weather we can move our classes outdoors under the shade of the willow tree in our outdoor gym.

Classes for all levels

Classes are marked as ‘open to all’ or ‘intermediate’. ‘Open to all’ classes are suitable for everyone, even if it’s your first time trying yoga.  Intermediate classes are better suited to those who’ve practised yoga regularly for 12 months or more.

Energising Vinyasa Yoga – open to all + intermediate 

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Also referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
This class is available as an ‘open to all’ and ‘intermediate’ class.

Autumn Power Hour Yoga – open to all 

Power Yoga is an energetic vinyasa-style flow. Repetition is key to learning & progression, so there will be a set sequence based on a specific theme each season. As you become familiar with the sequence you will be able to start to find a meditative side to your practice.
The sequence will change with each season; Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The theme for Autumn is resilience.  Class is open to all levels.

Yin Yang Yoga – open to all

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin is more internal, passive, while Yang is more external and dynamic.

The class begins with 30 minutes of gentle Yang (Vinyasa), followed by 30 minutes of Yin (restorative). A class that’s both an energising way to start your week and restful too. This class is open to all levels.

Indoor Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are held inside our well ventilated studio, with the option to move the class outside into our beautiful fitness garden on nice days.  For all of our yoga classes we provide Liforme yoga mats.
