Our friendly, skilled teachers deliver many different styles of yoga. Our indoor studio is beautifully decorated and well ventilated and in warmer weather we can move our classes outdoors under the shade of the willow tree in our outdoor gym.
Classes are marked as ‘open to all’ or ‘intermediate’. ‘Open to all’ classes are suitable for everyone, even if it’s your first time trying yoga. Intermediate classes are better suited to those who’ve practised yoga regularly for 12 months or more.
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin is more internal, passive, while Yang is more external and dynamic.
The class begins with 30 minutes of gentle Yang (Vinyasa), followed by 30 minutes of Yin (restorative). A class that’s both an energising way to start your week and restful too. This class is open to all levels.
Yoga classes are held inside our well ventilated studio, with the option to move the class outside into our beautiful fitness garden on nice days. For all of our yoga classes we provide Liforme yoga mats.
