Our friendly, skilled teachers deliver many different styles of yoga. Our indoor studio is beautifully decorated and well ventilated. Mats are provided. 

Yoga only memberships available

If you’d like to regularly come to just Yoga classes then our Yoga Only Membership is best suited to you. If you’d occasionally like to do some yoga alongside your other classes, our normal Membership (that allows you to book into all classes) is the best fit for you.

All classes must be booked in advance here. No walk-ins.

Classes for all levels

Classes are marked as ‘open to all’ or ‘intermediate’. ‘Open to all’ classes are suitable for everyone, even if it’s your first time trying yoga.  Intermediate classes are better suited to those who’ve practised yoga regularly for 12 months or more.

Energising Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Also referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Power Hour Yoga 

Power Yoga is an energetic vinyasa-style flow. Repetition is key to learning & progression, so there will be a set sequence based on a specific theme each season. As you become familiar with the sequence you will be able to start to find a meditative side to your practice. The sequence will change with each season; Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.

Desk Therapy Yoga  

Prolonged periods of sitting can cause the muscles to shorten and tendons to become tight, losing range of motion and sometimes even causing pain. This vinyasa class is focused on releasing tension in the hips, back and shoulders caused by long days sitting at a desk.

Rocket 1 Yoga

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast pace style of yoga. Born from the Ashtanga series, this adapted style of yoga intends to make the traditional practice more accessible and playful, giving you more choice and encouraging own interpretations of classic asana poses. The lightheartedness in Rocket makes it an accessible class open to all levels, but that can be made as challenging as you like. The Rocket 1 series primarily focuses on hip openers, forward bends and core strength – with a few arm balances thrown in, because well, why not!

Indoor Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are held inside our well ventilated studio, with the option to move the class outside into our beautiful fitness garden on nice days.  For all of our yoga classes we provide Liforme yoga mats.

Outdoor Gym

We run outdoor classes in our unique outdoor gym in Hackney Wick. Forget your typical resistance machines in the park, this is so much more.

We offer pull-up bars, kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX (+ more) in a beautiful environment. The most exciting place to do a workout in East London.

Our indoor studio is on the ground floor and opens out onto our beautiful outdoor gym. Filled with natural light and plenty of fresh air it’s the perfect place to practise yoga and our try signature class POP HIIT Pilates.

Battle Ropes

You will not find this class anywhere else in East London or beyond! We are the only fitness studio or gym in Hackney Wick that offers battle ropes classes. Expect tough cardio and strength training all rolled into one in this unique fitness class.
