What’s Desk Therapy Yoga?
Prolonged periods of sitting can cause the muscles to shorten and tendons to become tight, losing range of motion and sometimes even causing pain.
This vinyasa class is focused on releasing tension in the hips, back and shoulders caused by long days sitting at a desk.
Open to all, no yoga experience necessary.
