This workout uses just your own bodyweight and a mat. Expect high intensity moves like mountain climbers, combined with traditional pilates moves such as roll-ups, rockers and hundreds.
POP HIIT Pilates is choreographed to music so you can expect a theme at each class. We’ve had everything from Queen, Beyonce, 90s dance, Boy Bands, through to Ru Paul and Craig David. This is a totally unique fitness class that’s so fun you’ll hardly realise how hard you’re working!
