What’s Mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates focuses on a series of controlled movements incorporating strength, flexibility and mobility.
Hand-weights and cork blocks are incorporated to add resistance to moves such as leg lifts, side bends, roll downs and bridges.
The class begins with a moment of mindfulness, relaxation and mobility. The class is done predominantly seated or lying down.
This class is very different from our POP HIIT Pilates classes - expect a more mindful class, slower and controlled class.
