Pilates inspired core moves and bodyweight intervals are choreographed to pop music in this class exclusive to Strong + Bendy.
Always held in our indoor studio. If you’re a fan of traditional Pilates, but have craved more fun and energy in your classes, you’ll love this!
A great class for beginners, but with loads of options to make it a really tough workout if that’s what you’re looking for.
