Options for Everyone

Our classes are structured so that we always offer options to level up or down the intensity of your workout to suit you that day.

We are beginner friendly and always make sure we clearly explain the class format before the class begins.

Our classes aren’t all ‘easy’ you can get a really tough workout (if you want one!) but we pride ourselves on making the classes accessible to all fitness levels.

We regularly have customers who have worked out with us for years getting a challenging workout in the same class as a fitness newbie.
