Kettlebell Cardio uses kettlebells only, Bells + Boxing is a class that moves between punching and kettlebell swining.
Our kettlebell class is your cardio and strength training workout all rolled into one.
A kettlebell is a circular weight with a handle and you’ll be guided through a combination of dynamic swing, lift, lunge, squat and press movements.
A unique class that combines Boxing and Kettlebells.
This unusual class format will see you move through 5 minute rounds focusing on kettlebell swinging and punching + footwork. This class is more about getting a great cardio workout rather than boxing technique (if you’re looking for more tips on technique you might want to join our other ‘Boxing + Conditioning’ class).
The class is open to all abilities as our kettlebells range from 2-24kg and our instructors can break down the moves for beginners, or offer advanced progressions for experienced lifters.
You’ll work up a sweat, have great fun and feel the burn for days!
As a preference we run this class outside in our beautiful outdoor gym. However in wet weather it can be moved indoors. Please dress ready for this being an outdoor class.
