TRX is a form of suspension training that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX is anchored from a point above your head and has 2 handles that allows you to put your body at different angles to perform press ups, split lunges, rows, squat jumps + more.
In this fun class you’ll move through blocks focused on high intensity intervals which improve your cardio fitness, to sequences focused on your strength and balance. Everyone welcome! The class is suitable to all – regardless of if you’ve tried TRX before.
The founder of TRX says “People who like yoga and Pilates tend to like TRX because there are some crossovers. But it’s also great for runners, cyclists, or anyone who is an endurance athlete and wants to have more strength training.”
