Celebrate the launch of Sweaty Betty’s new Power Pro Leggings | Saturday 27th January

Nothing beats getting together with your collective for a workout in the great outdoors. To celebrate the launch of Sweaty Betty’s new Power Pro Leggings we’re teaming up for a series of classes held in the stunning surrounds of Strong + Bendy’s outdoor garden.

 

How to book 

Interested? It’s just £10 to secure your spot, with all proceeds going to the Sweaty Betty Foundation. Click on 27th January on the timetable below, register your details, and pay your £10 donation to book in.*

 

What to expect from the class?

In the Strength Circuits class you’ll be put through your paces on stations including battle ropes, rowing machines, kettlebells, TRX and more. If you choose the Battle Ropes class you’ll move between Battle Ropes and Bodyweight moves. All classes are 45 mins in total and include a warm-up and cool-down.

The classes are inclusive and open to all abilities and will be held outside in our beautiful garden – whatever the weather! There are canopies to protect from the rain but please dress accordingly.

 

Free leggings from the new Power Pro collection ❤️

All participants will be gifted a free pair of leggings from the new Power Pro collection (if your size isn’t in stock on the day it will be promptly posted to you after the event).

Following your workout, we’d love for you to stay for a hot drink and chat where you can better connect with those in the class.

 

*Bookings cannot be refunded or swapped for different classes on the timetable.

You will not find this class anywhere else in East London or beyond! We are the only fitness studio or gym in Hackney Wick that offers battle ropes classes. Expect tough cardio and strength training all rolled into one in this unique fitness class.
