As the owner of Strong + Bendy I’ve taught over 1,700 fitness classes. I love nothing more than helping people fall in love with moving their bodies in a way that feels right to them.

During your welcome pass I’d like to invite you to meet (either in person or virtually) for a chat about what brought you to Strong + Bendy, and how I can help you meet your fitness goals.

That’s if you have a ‘goal’… you might just want to move for fun!

Important note: I am not trying to upsell you to an expensive PT package or plan (I don’t offer them!).  Everything you need to get Strong + Bendy is included in the classes you have access to. The purpose is to help make the most out of your welcome pass. 


My passion for movement

My passion for movement extends far beyond the studio, I’ve spent the last decade taking part in endurance swims, runs and triathlons, even breaking a world record.

Here’s just a few of my own personal achievements:

My Qualifications

I have the skills to help my customers be both Strong AND Bendy. I’m a Level 3 personal trainer, Level 3 mat pilates teacher, advanced kettlebell coach, as well as being skilled in teaching pull-ups, muscle ups, TRX, circuit training, and Pop Pilates.


Modifying around medical conditions

I am not superhuman!! 😂 I have severe arthritis, as well as a heart condition – both have given me challenges when it comes to my own fitness journey. I know what it’s like to come back from ill health or injury – and how to modify exercises around long term medical conditions.

Our indoor studio is on the ground floor and opens out onto our beautiful outdoor gym. Filled with natural light and plenty of fresh air it’s the perfect place to practise yoga and our try signature class POP HIIT Pilates.

You will not find this class anywhere else in East London or beyond! We are the only fitness studio or gym in Hackney Wick that offers battle ropes classes. Expect tough cardio and strength training all rolled into one in this unique fitness class.

This fitness class is totally unique to Strong + Bendy. Expect pilates inspired moves and interval training choreographed to music.
