*WE ARE CLOSED DUE TO LOCKDOWN*

Tier 4 restrictions

Government guidelines state that so long as they follow COVID-19 secure guidelines businesses that run outdoor gyms, pools, and sports courts can remain open in Tier 4. We are therefore able to offer workouts in our outdoor gym.

Unfortunately Tier 4 restrictions mean indoor group fitness studios and gyms must close.

Safe socially distanced workouts

All of our outdoor classes are safely socially distanced, with no shared equipment. All equipment is cleaned after each class.

All classes are outside

Any class you see on our timetable right now will be held outside. Please dress accordingly as the classes cannot be moved inside.  The garden is sheltered with a canopy but not heated.

When will the inside studio reopen?

The government are reassessing the Tiers every 2 weeks, we will reopen at the first available opportunity.
