Then another and now I consider this the best studio in Hackney. A great selection of varied classes offering everything from boxing, yoga, row and pilates all led by supportive and dynamic teachers. I'm finally enjoying working out and the change in my body and confidence in its ability over these last few months is beyond words. Thanks S&B!
