Your payment will be taken on the same date every month – if you signed up to your membership on the 5th November, your next payment will be on the 5th December.
Memberships are subject to a 2 month minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime after that by sending an email to julia@strongandbendy.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next payment date.
If you don’t want to be tied into a minimum 2 months, you might be better suited to buying our drop-in classes which have no commitment. You can buy those by clicking here.
All classes must be booked in advance – the easiest way to do so is by downloading the Strong + Bendy app.

Classes are subject to our 8 hour cancellation policy: if you cancel your class more than 8 hours before the class start time you get to keep your credit to use against another class. However if you cancel less than 8 hours before the start time this will use up one of your credits.
If your membership doesn’t show up in the Strong + Bendy app it’s likely because you’ve registered on the app with a different spelling of your name or a different email than you originally used to book from us.
Please check that the details in the app match exactly the name and email on your purchase receipt.

No, unused passes do not roll over into the following month, so make sure you use them in your membership period!
If you do not use all your passes each month you can downgrade to a smaller membership or you may be better suited to buying our drop in classes as paying as you go.
Yes we offer membership pauses, but only once you’ve completed your minimum 2 month membership commitment.
If you have extenuating circumstances that mean you cancelled a class late (within in the 8 hour cancellation window) you can email our manager Julia@strongandbendy.co.uk and she may be able to credit the class back onto your account as a one-off.
If you no-showed and did not attempt to cancel at all, we cannot credit the class back onto your account regardless of the circumstances.
We are nice (promise!) but please don’t regularly ask that we credit classes back onto your account.
It’s against our nature to be strict, but we have to be in order to run a viable business and keep Strong + Bendy open for the customers who love visiting us.

Our indoor studio is on the ground floor and opens out onto our beautiful outdoor gym. Filled with natural light and plenty of fresh air it’s the perfect place to practise yoga and our try signature class POP HIIT Pilates.
You will not find this class anywhere else in East London or beyond! We are the only fitness studio or gym in Hackney Wick that offers battle ropes classes. Expect tough cardio and strength training all rolled into one in this unique fitness class.
