Pop pilates is a totally unique class that choreographs high energy pilates style moves to music. 

Pop pilates was created by fitness influencer Cassey Ho (@blogilates) and is available in hundreds of gyms in America, yet Strong + Bendy is one of the only studios in London offering this class.

Unlike many other high intensity classes, pop pilates doesn’t involve any jumping, so can be kinder on people returning to exercise from ankle, foot or knee injuries, or anyone keen to avoid putting any strain on their joints.
