KETTLEBELL CARDIO

This challenging but fun class works on your strength and cardio fitness at the same time.

Kettlebell training strengthens your core and can alleviate back pain (if done consistently) so it’s a great class to incorporate into your routine.

If you’re bored of lifting weights in the gym, this is a great alternative.
