If you’re bored of lifting weights in the gym, this is a great fun alternative. This is your cardio and strength training workout all rolled into one.

A Kettlebell is a circular weight with a handle and you’ll be guided through a combination of dynamic swing, lift, lunge, squat and press movements.

The class is open to all abilities as our kettlebells range from 2-24kg and our instructors can break down the moves for beginners, or offer advanced progressions for experienced lifters.

You’ll work up a sweat, have great fun and feel the burn for days!

As long as it’s not raining we run this class in our outdoor fitness garden. The garden is sheltered but not heated so please bring an extra layer. In cases of bad weather, we run the class in our indoor studio.
