If you’re bored of lifting weights in the gym, this is a great fun alternative.

The main move in the class is the kettlebell swing, which involves moving the weight in a pendulum motion from between the knees to eye level; a fantastic all over body workout.

You have the freedom to choose how heavy your own weights are, so the class is suitable for all levels.

Weather dependent we may run this class outside in our exercise garden, so please dress accordingly. However we do move the class into our indoor studio in wet weather.
