TRX is a form of suspension training that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX is anchored from a point above your head and has 2 handles that allows you to put your body at different angles to perform press ups, split lunges, rows, squat jumps + more.
In this fun class you’ll move through blocks focused on high intensity intervals which improve your cardio fitness, to sequences focused on your strength and balance. Everyone welcome!
The class is suitable to all – regardless of if you’ve tried TRX before.
We run this class in our outdoor gym in Hackney Wick whatever the weather. The garden is sheltered from the elements, but not heated or completely water-tight, so please dress accordingly.
Each person will have their own TRX trainer which will be sanitized before and after use.
We have always prided ourselves in creating a fitness experience like no other: a break from the norm of ‘slick and intimidating’ boutique gyms and ‘go hard or go home’ franchises, but since Coronavirus our outdoor gym in our beautiful garden is more valuable than ever.
