There’s no time to get bored in our Strength Circuits class. You’ll be quickly moving between TRX, Battle Ropes, Boxing Bags, Pull Up Bars (+ more!).
This fitness class uses all of the equipment in our outdoor gym.
The class is open to all abilities. Our kettlebells range from 2-24kg, we have resistance bands for those that aren’t yet doing full pull ups and modifications for all moves to ensure you’ll get a great workout, regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey .
This is an outdoor class that cannot be moved indoors during bad weather. Our willow tree and canopy shades offer some protection from the elements, but they’re not completely watertight so please dress accordingly.
In wet-weather, moves and equipment used will be modified for safety.

Please note: this class requires sharing of equipment. Hand sanitising is offered between stations and handwashing on arrival, but you must be open to sharing equipment. Please check our FAQs for more information around the measures we’re taking to keep our instructors and members safe.
