Our kettlebell class is your cardio and strength training workout all rolled into one.
A kettlebell is a circular weight with a handle and you’ll be guided through a combination of dynamic swing, lift, lunge, squat and press movements.
The class is open to all abilities as our kettlebells range from 2-24kg and our instructors can break down the moves for beginners, or offer advanced progressions for experienced lifters.
You’ll work up a sweat, have great fun and feel the burn for days!
This is an outdoor class that will not be moved indoors during bad weather. Our willow tree and canopy shades offer some protection from the elements, but they’re not completely watertight so please dress accordingly.
In wet-weather, moves will be modified for safety (e.g.: no lifts above the head).
All classes need to be booked in advance (no walk-ins): single pass, class bundle & membership options are available. .
