Great fun dance fitness

Great music, easy to follow moves and a set of POM POMS! What’s not to love?! This is a high energy dance cardio class.

Don’t worry if you’ve never done cheerleading before, this closer to the moves you’d pull in your bedroom than an episode of Cheer on Netflix! We won’t be building any human pyramids just yet! 

Expect songs from Ru-Paul, Beyonce, Lady GaGa + more, along with fun dance moves like voguing, twerking, and whacking. 

Everyone welcome

This class is all about having fun and getting your heart rate up, so don’t worry if you think you’re not coordinated or a natural dancer.

How to book

All classes need to be booked in advance (no walk-ins): single pass, class bundle & membership options are available.

Weather permitting, Cheer Fit classes will be held outdoors under our beautiful willow tree and canopy shades. Participants will have enough space to remain 2 metres apart and the windows and doors will remain open onto our garden for ventilation. 

Due to Covid-19 no equipment will be shared. Please check our FAQs for more information around the measures we’re taking to keep our instructors and members safe.
