Boxing + Conditioning focuses on some of the technical side of boxing at the same time as offering a high intensity workout. Bells + Boxing is focused on getting a great cardio workout moving between punching and kettlebell swinging.
This class mixes technical boxing combinations, learning footwork, defensive techniques along with conditioning via bodyweight moves such as burpees, plank-jacks, jump squats, and press-ups.
Learn the basic boxing stances and footwork, along with how to throw a proper jab, cross, hook and upper cut. Then be put through your paces with high intensity bodyweight intervals.
A unique class that combines Boxing and Kettlebells.
You’ll move through 5 minute rounds focusing on kettlebell swinging and punching + footwork. This class is more about getting a great cardio workout rather than boxing technique (if you’re looking for more tips on technique you might want to join our other ‘Boxing + Conditioning’ class).
Our boxing classes are normally held in our outdoor gym. In bad conditions the class can be moved indoors but it’s always best to be prepared for the class being held outside so please dress accordingly.
Gloves are provided although you’re encouraged to bring your own if you plan on coming to the class regularly.
We very much welcome customers who have never tried boxing before.
