Whatever your fitness level you’re welcome to come and try Body Blocks. The class has modifications all the way through to make it easier or harder depending on your fitness.
Many of our regulars are keen to get back to our signature class POP HIIT Pilates. The class will be back on our schedule as soon as we are able to open the indoor studio on 17th May. For now, we included some of your favourite ab moves from POP HIIT Pilates into our Body Blocks class.
We run this class in our outdoor gym fitness garden whatever the weather. The garden is sheltered from the elements, but not heated or completely water-tight, so please dress accordingly.
We have always prided ourselves in creating a fitness experience like no other: a break from the norm of ‘slick and intimidating’ boutique gyms and ‘go hard or go home’ franchises, but since Coronavirus our outdoor gym fitness garden is more valuable than ever. All classes are safely socially distanced.
All classes need to be booked in advance (no walk-ins): single pass, class bundle & membership options are available. .
