Ran by one of our wonderful, long-standing members Eyal, Skeeters Axe Throwing is a one of a kind activity to do with your friends, family or co-workers when visiting Hackney Wick.
They also run club nights and tournaments at the range, for those who catch the axe throwing bug!
(A 10-minute stroll from Strong + Bendy, 96 Whitepost Lane)
Why not head over to the canal after a class at Strong + Bendy and continue the active fun with a spot of canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding. Moo Canoes is the perfect way to see Hackney Wick from a different perspective along the canal.

Hackney Wick has some great markets with lots of independent retailers and artists selling their wares. There’s The White Building Market which provides homewares, groceries and gifts for low waste living. There’s also Hackney Wick Underground Market just opposite the underground station, which hosts a wonderful variety of different artists and makers. It’s also home to the delicious Doh which is Strong + Bendy’s bakery of choice!

Not only can you enjoy a delicious pint of beer at Crate , but you can also go behind the scenes on one of their brewery tasting tours to see the magical process for yourself!

The Yard theatre made Hackney Wick it’s home a decade ago in a disused warehouse, which they converted into an incredible theatre and bar. Their shows and events have been seen by hundreds of thousands of people, with many transferring to the National Theatre or television.
